This Month’s Featured Plan

The Otters Run is a great success story of a marvelously persevering home owner who acted as his own general contractor.  You can find more of his story and great sense of humor on his blog, Here.

This is a well balanced design with unique features.  The fist is the bridge running over the top of the living and dining rooms.  The second is the large amount of covered upper balconies.  These are especially attractive in the winter months when it is snowing, to be able to step out your bedroom and enjoy the wonder of a fresh snow fall.

I like the master bedroom on the main floor for easy access during the golden years.

I also like the stairs and fireplace locations.
