Our standard visual aid is for our clients is this wonderful walk-through program. I compress an executable file of the current model and email it to my client with a pdf of the plan and a list of changes that have been made.

The home is a work in progress so there will be some things that will change.
Have fun!! It is like playing a video game. Let me know if you have any trouble. You need a windows machine to run it and a video card with at least 256mb.
