Stock Plan Services

Many builders have five or ten plans that are built over and over again in their business, with various modifications. In our Stock Plan Service we offer to take your most popular plans and put them into a consistent marketable format. Each of your plans will have a custom rendered perspective like the example above. Your stock plan package may consist of all or any one of the following formats:

• 8x10 faxable sheets combined into a booklet.
• 1/8" scale plans on 11x17 paper. (example: 1.2MB)
• Digital copy of each plan in pdf format (fits on a floppy disc, usually)
• Custom web page presentations for each plan, if so desired
• Compact Disk format with a full 360° fly around view of each plan, as well as other "virtual tours" of the building
